ELECTION INTERFERENCE: YouTube removes Jordan Peterson interview with presidential candidate RFK Jr. over vaccine comments

In a recent interview with Jordan Peterson, 2024 presidential contender Robert F. Kennedy Jr. affirmed that deadly chemicals in the water such as atrazine, a crop chemical, are contributing to the rise of transgenderism and other forms of LGBT in children. That interview was later taken down by YouTube for allegedly violating its policy surrounding vaccines.

Kennedy took to Twitter in response, asking his followers: “What do you think … Should social media platforms censor presidential candidates? My conversation with [Peterson] was deleted by [YouTube].”

It would hardly be the first time that a social media platform has censored a presidential candidate. As you may recall, Twitter censored and silenced Donald Trump while he was the actual president, which means this is hardly something new.

Strangely, the Kennedy interview in question is still available to view on Twitter, which makes sense now that billionaire electric car guru Elon Musk is the social media platform’s new owner.

“Luckily you can watch it here on [Twitter] (thank you [Elon Musk]),” Kennedy further tweeted. “Maybe you can help me figure out what ‘misinformation’ was in this interview.”

Peterson says YouTube took upon itself “to actively interfere with a presidential election campaign”

Remember that prior to Trump’s election win in 2016, the left-wing media machine was railing on about how so-called “foreign actors” such as “Russia” were interfering with that election by saying truthful things about two-time failed presidential wannabe Hillary Clinton. Now, Big Tech is doing exactly that to Kennedy, claiming the excuse of “misinformation.”

“Now [YouTube] has taken upon itself to actively interfere with a presidential election campaign,” Peterson also tweeted about the censorship.

The Kennedy campaign told the media that the vaccine issue is “not a major priority” for his 2024 presidential bid, but that “he will be happy to debate the issue with any prominent proponent of the conventional view.”

“Mr. Kennedy does not believe the attacks are coordinated,” the Kennedy campaign further added. “People are simply speaking out according to what they believe. These beliefs are the result of the long influence of corporate money in medicine, research, media, and government.”

“Even so, there are troubling indications in published research of serious safety issues with vaccines in general, but especially the Covid shots. The real issue for Mr. Kennedy is regulatory capture and corporate influence over government. He is in favor of properly conducted, unbiased, transparent safety testing of all vaccines.”

A spokesperson from Google, the parent company of YouTube, issued a statement of its own backing the decision to censor Kennedy’s interview. According to Google, Kennedy violated YouTube’s vaccine “misinformation” policy, “which prohibits content that alleges that vaccines cause chronic side effects, outside of rare side effects that are recognized by health authorities.”

The same spokesperson from Google added that even though Kennedy is a candidate for the presidency, he will not be treated differently than anybody else who attempts to tell the truth about vaccines on YouTube.

“Community Guidelines apply equally to all creators on our platform, regardless of political viewpoint,” the Google spokesperson added, noting that Google supports whatever the World Health Organization (WHO) says is true about vaccines, regardless of what actual science has to say.
