Tokyo Disney Resort to charge unvaxxed patrons higher ticket fees

The Tokyo Disney Resort (TDR) in Japan is turning into a kingdom of medical fascism, thanks to its plan to charge higher ticket fees to patrons not injected with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.

The theme park announced it will offer a 20 percent discount on entrance tickets – dubbed an “event wakuwari” discount – to patrons who show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Alternatively, patrons can show a negative PCR test result within three days of admission to avail of the lower ticket price. Unvaccinated customers, however, are not entitled to the “event wakuwari” discount.

While both domestic and international guests will be able to purchase park tickets online, TDR cast members will be checking patrons’ proof of vaccination. Those younger than 12 years old do not need to show proof of vaccination as long as they are accompanied by a “fully vaccinated” adult – which the theme park defined as having received three COVID-19 vaccine doses.

According to TDR, patrons who purchased the discounted tickets “will not be able to enter the park without the required certificate.”

DisneyFanatic.com, meanwhile, reported that the launch of the “event wakuwari” discount “led to a crash on the Tokyo Disney Ticket website, and the site is still experiencing complications.”

It appears that the Japanese location of The Walt Disney Company’s theme park is not the only establishment offering discounts for vaccinated individuals. According to another report, Universal Studios Japan also has the same 20 percent “event wakuwari” discount for park tickets.

“During the campaign period, an adult one-day ticket will see a 20 percent reduction in price. The discount is available on the condition of a third vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 test.”

The discounts for vaccinated patrons offered by the two theme parks appear to be a program to encourage the younger generation to get their COVID-19 boosters. However, such an endeavor is problematic given that the vaccines do not protect against COVID-19 infection at all. Moreover, the shots do more harm than good, as evidenced by the plethora of serious adverse reactions linked to them.

Disney parks worldwide have turned into medical police kingdoms

T.K. Bosacki, writer and editor for DisneyFanatic.com, could not help but comment on the development.

“It has been two years, but it appears that there is still a push by some to continue pandemic-era restrictions and policies, and make life more difficult for those who choose not to comply. One such example of this authoritarian endurance can be found at TDR.”

ZeroHedge‘s Tyler Durden appeared to agree with Bosacki.

“In many parts of Asia, the fearmongering continues. Disney appears to be taking full advantage of the lingering [COVID-19] hype in Japan and is using it to impose their own politically motivated mandates,” Durden wrote.

Even at home, the theme parks owned by the media conglomerate consistently promote compliance with COVID-19 measures such as mask mandates. In fact, the Disney World theme park in Orlando, Florida banned people from eating and drinking while walking – closing a possible loophole patrons can cite against compulsory face coverings.

A July 2020 Breitbart article expounded on this revised policy.

“Face coverings are required for all guests ages two and up and cast members,” the revised policy read. “Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming.”

“You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you should be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing.” (Related: Disney goes full authoritarian, demands mask obedience even while you’re walking and eating.)

Moreover, visitors can take a break at certain “relaxation stations” where they can take their masks off. “Once inside these stations, guests may remove their face covering and have a socially distanced sit-down,” Walt Disney World News Today reported. Guests caught maskless will be asked to either put on a face covering or leave the premises.
